Travel Concierge Coordinator (Pilot Program – Hanoi)

We are launching an exciting new WhatsApp-based travel concierge service designed to help international travelers navigate Vietnam with ease and confidence. By combining smart AI tools with dedicated local human support, we coordinate airport transfers, transportation, activities, and on-the-ground assistance for travelers across the country.

Our mission is simple: to be the trusted local contact every traveler wishes they had when visiting Vietnam.

We are currently preparing for a pilot launch in Hanoi and are looking for our first Travel Concierge Coordinator to support travelers and help manage day-to-day operations during this important phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to traveler inquiries and requests via WhatsApp
• Communicate with travelers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner
• Coordinate airport transfers and inter-city transportation bookings
• Assist travelers with activity recommendations and bookings
• Liaise with local vendors, hotels, and service providers
• Keep booking records and statuses up to date
• Escalate complex issues or unusual situations when needed
• Contribute ideas to improve processes as the service grows

Ideal Candidate

• Currently based in Vietnam (Hanoi preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Friendly, reliable, and genuinely customer-focused
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and web-based tools daily
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, customer service, or operations is a plus
• Able to solve problems calmly and independently under pressure

• Informing a driver about a traveler’s delayed flight
• Arranging transportation between cities for customers
• Providing activity recommendations in Hanoi and other destinations
• Updating vendors with the latest booking details
• Answering traveler questions in real-time during their trip
