We are looking for a Learning Designer (Native English Speaker) in Hanoi

Salary: $3,000 (Negotiable)

Qualifications:

– Must be a Native English speaker from the UK, US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, or other native English-speaking countries

– Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field

– Previous experience in teaching English to non-native speakers or content development is preferred

– Familiarity with the IELTS exam structure and requirements (or willingness to learn)

– Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and vocabulary

Employment Terms:

– Probation Period: 2 months

– Probation Salary: 85% of the base salary during probation

– Full Salary: Starts after successfully completing the probation period

– Contract: Yearly renewal based on performance and meeting set conditions
