Horizon International Bilingual School (HCM) is seeking a Primary Homeroom Teacher for the 2025-2026 Academic year.

Responsibilities:
– Develop unit plans, lesson plans, and resources aligning with curriculum standards and student needs.
– Support academic, social, and emotional needs of students.
– Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
– Assign homework, prepare and grade assessments, provide feedback.
– Utilize technology tools and school platforms effectively.
– Address learning gaps through interventions and differentiated instruction.
– Organize classroom events, field trips, and co-curricular activities.
– Establish strong parent relationships for student support.
– Update student progress, behavior, and activities regularly.
– Conduct student-led and parent-teacher conferences.
– Conduct home visits annually to strengthen school-family partnerships.
– Collaborate with colleagues on lesson plans and best practices.
– Engage in professional development, staff meetings, and school events.
– Participate in performance appraisals and reflective teaching.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education.
– Pedagogical training certificate preferred.
– 2-3 years of teaching experience in primary English subjects.
– Experience with Primary Cambridge curriculum preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Native English speaker.
