I. Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver dynamic, communicative lessons to students across various levels (young learners, teens, and adults) in alignment with VIA’s syllabus and teaching
- Follow, adapt, and enhance prescribed project lessons to ensure successful academic outcomes using effective strategies.
- Actively connect classroom activities with project goals and provide constructive feedback on students’ completed work.
- Assist in placement testing and classroom allocation for
- Perform essential administrative tasks, including maintaining up-to-date records of work, registers, lesson plans, and assessments, under the guidance of the Center Manager or Academic Manager.
- Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback throughout their learning journey.
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan, organize, and implement workshops at centers
II. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, TESOL/TEFL/CELTA are required
- English Proficiency is a plus
- At least 1 year of ESL/EFL teaching; international experience is preferred
- Native-level English fluency, strong communication, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity
- Strong knowledge of best practices and current trends in English language teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers and students.
- Passion for education and a commitment to improving student outcomes.
