I. Job Descriptions
– Teach with a high level of professionalism; execute effective lessons in line with the Primary curriculum (Common Core / NGSS / Singapore Maths); meet learning objectives and outcomes for primary students
– Follow and uphold school standards, policies, and expectations and maintain a highquality, professional image for the school.
– Provide R & D support
– Actively involved with / support school events, outings, celebrations and assist in special circumstances: performances, graduations, campus checks
– Participate in student watch and ensure student safety
– Promote students’ academic, personal, and social development beyond the classroom (especially as the lead teacher of the assigned class)
– Communicate with parents as needed
II. Job Requirement
– BA in English or Secondary for ELA Secondary Teacher. Primary Education or major in relevant field (English/Math/Science)+ CELTA/TESOL/TEFL
– Secondary/ Primary teaching experience preferred
Skills:
– Strong classroom management
– Knowledge of various teaching methods and delivery
– Good computing skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
– Effective communication skills to develop efficient student and parent
relationships
