Main Responsibilities:
Teach English at public schools, private kindergartens, and language centers as assigned.
Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials appropriate for the age and proficiency level of students.
Apply engaging teaching methods that are student-centered, incorporating games, songs, and group activities to enhance learning motivation.
Manage the classroom effectively and maintain a positive and orderly learning environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and evaluations.
Collaborate with Vietnamese teachers and the academic team to ensure effective teaching and student support.
Participate in events, extracurricular activities, English festivals, or special programs organized or arranged by the company.
Perform other teaching-related duties as directed by the company or assigned institutions.
