Job Responsibilities:

– Deliver English language instruction to university students (including General English, Academic English, and English for Specific Purposes)

– Design lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with the curriculum

– Assess student performance and provide timely feedback

– Engage in curriculum development and review activities

– Conduct or participate in student academic advising and mentoring

– Support extra-curricular and English language development activities

– Participate in departmental and university events, meetings, and professional development activities

– Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

– Master’s degree or higher in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, English, or a closely related field

– TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification (preferred)

– At least 1–2 years of teaching experience at the college or university level (experience in Asia is a plus)

– Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

– Passion for teaching and student-centered learning
